The Trout Gallery is now open late on select Thursdays during the Dickinson College academic year.  Join us from 4-8pm for an evening visit, exhibition tours with student educators and staff or a special event.  Events will be posted at least one month before occurring.

4-8pm Kid's Night at The Trout GalleryDrop by anytime between 4 and 8pm for artmaking, a scavenger hunt with prizes, and snack bar.

4pm Kids' Tour 4-5 years old: If Shapes Could Talk and Lines Could Dance

4:30pm Storytelling in The Gallery: The Anteater, The Pangolin and the Python: Sacred Stories from the Bamana

5pm Kids' Tour 6-8 years old: Where Are The People? Art and Imagination

6pm Kid's Tour 9-13 years old: Mythology: Artful Stories From Around The World


February 20th

5:30 pm Meet the Curator: Abbie Cottle, curator of Imagining the DivineReligious Mythology and Art, will pull back the curtain to discuss how the exhibition came to be and the challenges she faced along the way.  Informal discussion of the exhibition to follow.  Reception food provided by the Center for Spirituality and Social Justice.
